I drove about 2.5 hours to get to the new store in Jacksonville. Every product they sell is displayed with an open container that can be smelled, admired and if you wish to risk it tasted (the freeze dried shallots are amazingly good, and the Aleppo peppers...well now!) Don't worry about saving on shipping though, you will spend far more by being there than you would through a catalog. And don't stick you nose in the jar of chili Piquins and take a deep breath. pavane |
