The local daily tabloid had a great Hagar cartoon the other day --
about five weeks after the copyright date ("3-9") as is normal here.
Unfortunately, I can't find a link to post for you. The King Features
syndication site now only shows archives for the first week of the
previous month, so we've missed it by two days. :-(

You'll just have to picture the scene:

Hagar and Lucky Eddie are sitting in the bar having a beer:

Hagar, happily: "I've worked hard all my life... and NOW I'm enjoying
the fruits of my labors!"

Lucky Eddie, glumly: "I've worked hard all my life, too... but so
far I've only enjoyed a few vegetables!"

Cheers, Phred.

Here you go:

e_Horrible?>

The Chron is an excellent source for comics. You can assemble a custom
page from their selection at no charge.

Or <http://tinyurl.com/o7t6g>, for people whose newsreaders don't like
wrapped URLs.

Onya, mates! I knew it still *had* to be out there somewhere. :-)
Thanks for taking the trouble.

Cheers, Phred.
