I made that lemon sauce last night, had it on steamed flathead fillets
and zucchini. Ii is an excellent substitute for hollandaise. I didn't find it particularly tart, maybe that depends on the sort of lemons one uses. I did reduce the chili flakes to just a pinch, and I added a bit more salt at the end, also increased the oil a little. There's plenty left, I'm going to have it on broccoli tomorrow. Mine was very tart though..but adding extra oil seemed to help. the other Christine, who will make it again once she settles again... |
