Tonight for dinner I made a 3 bean chili with seitan and a jalapeno cheddar
bread in the machine. The chili recipe was made up on the fly, it's a good
weekend to bundle up with someone and eat chili. I used ancho chilis and
sanaam chilis to spice it along with my own secret mix of spices.

The problem with having a bread maker is that it is too easy to make bread. I
made two loaves today! Too much bread, too much butter.
