Our hosts treated us to an emu egg Frittata this morning that included
sausage, cheese, onions and Jalapeno'.

Buscuits on the side with our choices of butter, honey and jam.

And Kahlua or Cream de Cacoa for the perked coffee.......

I slept on a waterbed last night in their guest room! :-)

I don't even own one of those. <lol>

Glad I bought them caviar.........
