<Kewl story snipped> Yesterday I drove to Atlantic City for breakfast. Arrived at 9:30a.m. Right away I hit a slot jackpot for $215. Next I had their lousy $10.00 buffet breakfast, then hit another slot jackpot for $282, flirting and hamming it up with the "Slot Dolls" all the while. So deducting my initial outlay I won $400. Walked the boardwark for a few minutes breathing in the wonderful sea air and left by 10:30a.m. Home by noon. Andy |

I think the machines pay out better in the AM. No proof, other than my full or empty wallet. Boron |

It doesn't stink of wet spongy carpet, folks aren't too drunk, it's a little quieter and there's more elbow room. Other than that, it's pure dumb luck. Imho, Andy |

I took a blackjack break one night and sat at a roulette table. Just me and this distinguished gentleman. He told me how to tip the croupier (sp?) after I'd won a spot. "How much was your bet?" I said "Five dollars." He said give him a $5 chip, which I did. "Now you know how to play roulette" he said, followed by a friendly punch to my shoulder. After 20 minutes he got up to leave and wished me good luck and I replied in kind. After he left, the croupier asked me "Do you know who that was?" I said "nope" He said "Tony Bennett". I was stupified. Tony Bennett taught me how to play roulette! I tell that story whenever I'm there and have an ear to bend. Andy |

I used to go to Resorts quite a bit, but have been hanging around the Borgata when I go lately. Boron |
