Default "xxx, The Beautiful" cookbooks

What's the group's opinion of this visually attractive line of
cookbooks? I have 3, Thai, America, and World's Healthiest Foods. I
know by the American one that their recipes are pretty authenic, but
am less sure of the foreign ones. Currently, Border's is discounting
the whole line to $10 ea and I was considering buying Mexican and
Indian and maybe Chinese. What say ye rfc'ers!? Worth it for just
the recipes or is my money better spent elswhere?
