Default Big Dinner Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow night we are having our Thanksgiving Dinner with the kids.
Unlike last weekend yours truly gets to do most of the work. Here's
what were having - turkey, cranberries, gravy, stuffing, niblet corn,
sweet potato, fancy mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie with real whipped
cream. As appetizers I'm planning oyster stuffed mushrooms and a crab
meat dip. Now the dip is called dip but I have no idea why since the
crab meat concoction must be cut with a knife and always served with
stone ground crackers. I hate rules when it comes to cooking!

The first of the kids arrive tonight so we are having the cheesy
cauliflower soup I already posted about. The pot of soup will be gone
in a flash! This will be served with fresh bread. There won't be any
dessert as we will be saving room for hot buttered - real butter-
popcorn during our Harry Potter marathon. Tomorrow will be a
munch-a-thon started off by frittata for breakfast then snacking and
finally the meal then likely more snacking.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Patches. I hope it all goes well, but the
important part is you have family home. I hope you all have a
wonderful time.
