I have one big yellow stripy tom named "Garfael" that weighs about 14 lbs. I have a small long haired dark tiger with white markings that has the poofy hairs between the toes. (his name is Horus and he weighs about 4 lbs.) Manx's also tend to have extra toes. Dogs have owners, cats have staff. ;-) But cats do return love unconditionally, and they are also good listeners, as well as being psychic as all get out. > > > Most abusive people that I've known, (people that abuse other humans) > > have been dog lovers/cat haters. > > Interesting. I haven't knowingly abused a human recently. You hate cats? I was not referring to being physically abusive. She's the best mouser I've ever met but she doesn't eat them. Instead she rips their bellies open and then hides them in places like the couch, etc. First there's the un locatable smell, and then you're flipping cushions one day and there's this mummified corpse of a mouse that pops out. Cosimo is another mouser but he just wounds them and yowls for one of us to come and get rid of it. I don't know how many of you have ever seen a cat as large as Cosimo do a pouncing move, but it's the funniest thing you'll ever see. |

Polydactilism is a trait that's particular to New England of all places. History indicates that seagoing cats tended to be Maine Coons and as they interbred that trait got passed along. |

My $25 CVS digital camcorder interfaces to my computer very nicely. It's not the highest quality video but for the price it gets the point across. |
