I took the simple approach with my greens, simmered them for 5-6 minutes
then drained and mixed with some butter and S&P. They were very good, a touch spicy, excellent with a steak and curried rice. -- Peter Aitken Visit my recipe and kitchen myths page at www.pgacon.com/cooking.htm |
