Default Wateremelons

Got a big harvest of super watermelons this year at 45N,77W. With the very
hot weather, they are sweet and pink. Chilled in the fridge they are a
refreshing treat on a hot day. I don't know what to do with them. They do
not keep very well. I am tempted to drill a hole in one and slowly dump
vodka into it's flesh. Any other ideas are welcome.
