Default Great potatoes for the 'Que

So I was grilling salmon last night and figured I would like something to go
with it. I found a potato and sliced it thin so that it would cook in the
same time.

I basically put the slices in an small baking pan, added a good amount of
olive oil, salt, lemon and fresh oregano and thyme with a few chunks of
garlic - half way through I added a bit of chicken stock to keep them from
sticking and to bring all the flavors together. They turned out wonderful -
very easy and this will impress any freeloading family or friend ! It's
essentially a Greek roast potato on the BBQ. It complimented the dill salmon
wonderfully. Give it a try if you want something quick and tasty.

Had something similar in Portugal a few years back. They lined a small
earthenware dish, containing the oil they had cooked in. In the centre
was a small rare steak.
