Default Poultry Seasoning "Substitution" ???

Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme (Seriously. That song shoulda been
called "Poultry Seasoning"), and black pepper.

Heavy on the sage. Sage, thyme, and rosemary are all powerful
seasonings so be careful.
