I'm not sure what you mean, sf. You don't like to freeze things in ice-cube
trays? Or you throw away half a jar of perfectly good salsa instead of
freezing it? And why do you think my "life is different from "the coasts".
Actually I live on the Pacific Coast, and the surf is breaking right under my
window, if, indeed, that has anything to do with freezing salsa in ice-cube
trays. I also freeze lime juice cubes, turkey and chicken broth, pasta sauce,
tomato paste, and find it very handy.
Don't mean to start a rumble here, but I just don't get your meaning. Where do
you live?
