Default Dinner...for tomorrow :)

We got home too late from a get-together at my husband's parent's house
to get what i had planned together. So we ate hot dogs tonight. Since
the chicken salad i had planned was a cold dish anyhow, i whipped it up
so i wont have to do it when i get home from work tomorrow

Chicken Penne Pesto Salad a la Saerah

1# penne pasta (cooked! )
3 chicken breasts- rub with oil, salt, pepper, granulated garlic; grill,
cool and cube
1/2 can (14 oz. ?)of olives, sliced
2 yellow peppers, coated in oil, salt and pepper; grilled cooled diced
1/2 red onion, sliced thin

dressing:
3/4 cup of pesto and enough mayo. (about a cup or so?)

will be served with cold grilled asparagus and whole mushrooms in the
yummy viniagrette my husband makes.

after tasting some, i think that i should have either increased the
chicken and yellow pepper, or decreased the pasta. twas still tasty.
