Default Both computers crashed at the same time...

The new HP I bought my daughter for Christmas, and my old IBM Thinkpad.
Hardware problem in the HP and software problem on the Thinkpad. I
was using the HP for backup. I had my important data files (financial
records, etc) also backed up to a CDRW, but I just realized I didn't
have another backup of my RECIPES folder. :-( I thought I had one more
backup copy at work, but I just checked and it's gone -- I must have
deleted it a few weeks ago. It's only about 70 or 80 recipes, but they
were all good ones that I've tested.

I can recover a lot of the recipes because I've posted them here or in
r.f.r. I sure hope HP doesn't wipe the hard drive when they repair the
system (it acts like a bad power supply, so there should be no need to
replace the HDD or the operating system.)

Thanks for listening,
Bob
