Default Crumb Crust Help

Having used mostly supermarket pre-made 9 inch graham waffer crumb pie
crusts. I need assurance that this will stay good till around May 13th

What's the life expectancy on a home made version? How long will it
stay good wrapped in plactic cling wrap in the fridge after pressing
and baking into a 9X13 foil pan? I have a pot luck on
May 11th.

Gonna make a dreamsicle pie on Tuesday (May 10) night.

CRUMB BASE
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Mix the above and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.

I baked this for about 5 minutes at 350F till slightly Browned around
the edges. Just to ensure even butter saturation. I also replaced half
the Graham wafer crumbs with ground Almonds (1 cup).

Alan's Dreamsicle Delight Pie

pies

1 large tub Cool Whip; least 12 oz.)
1 pkg (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened
1 small box sugar free vanilla pudding (also caller Light)
1 small box box sugar-free orange gelatin (also caller Light)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (I used crushed)
1 small can mandarin orange slices
1 low-fat graham cracker crust

Cream together the container of cool whip with the fat-free cream
cheese.
Blend until smooth. Add vanilla pudding and orange gelatin over mixture
slowly and mix well until very smooth. Gently fold in pineapple and
orange
slices, pour into pie shell and refridgerate several hours (4+) or
overnight.

Use a chocolate crumb or graham Waffer Crumb pie shell.

Awsome taste.

I'd say you're fine. Nothing much to spoil in that short time.

Happy pie...
