Default It's all your fault... ;-)

All this talk of italian sauces and such, gave me a craving for Italian
tonight! So, I'm going to cheat on my diet and it's all y'alls fault!
<lol>

Being switched back and forth between swing and graveyard shifts tho'
did not leave me a lot of energy (or time) to do it right so I cheated.

HEB has the most _divine_ fresh marinara sauce in the deli so I bought a
16 oz. container of that and am mixing it with 2 cans of low salt
organic diced roma tomatoes. I browned a package of 5 italian sausages
and poured the sauce mix over that to cook down.

Will serve topped with extra mozarella shredded cheese and 1 package
each for me and my housemate of Micheallinas Lasagna.....

Not bad at 99 cents per package.

Yes, I know how to make lasagna from scratch, but just did not feel like
doing it. Too tired.

Gods I hate not working a regular shift! :-(

But, that's a looooong story as to why it's happening. Suffice it to say
that few people want to continue working here under these conditions.
I've been there 18 years and have too much to lose by leaving! Too many
people have quit and this field has gone so far down now that there is
nobody to replace them.

<sigh>

I'll still enjoy dinner tonight. ;-) I'm sick of this strict diet but
still have at least another 8 months to go if I can keep losing the
weight!

Down 37 lbs. and counting......

Let's hear it for Metformin!
