Penn Dutch had drumsticks on special this week so we bought a big
pack. Since they benefit from slow cooking I thought I'd 'bbq' them - put them in a casserole dish and pour a jar of smokey mesquite bbq sauce over the top and bake for a couple of hours. Does this sound right? Anyone got any better suggestions for me? ~Karen aka Kajikit Crafts, cats, and chocolate - the three essentials of life http://www.kajikitscorner.com *remove 'nospam' to reply |
