Default Kick-Butt Turkey stock

I made some turkey stock from the carcass of the roasted bird we had
this week. I threw it in to tthe crock pot with some onion, garlic and
a couple carrots, cut the bones a bit to leach the marrow, added water
half way up and cooked it on high all day. It's awsome! I stuck it in
the fridge to cool overnight, and will reduce it by about a third
tomorrow, add some leftover meat and freeze it.

I had never made stock this way before - I think this will be my new
method forever more...
