Another Carrot Recipe Question
When we were on vacation last year, we ate at a Hawaiian influenced
restaurant. The raw carrots were shredded like cole slaw and had a creamy sweet sauce. I thought the sauce was sweetened mayonnaise so never asked. It was very good so I tried making the dish at home but it wasn't the same. Any ideas what this sauce might be? |
