I wear LLBean boots, made in Maine.... they are comfy and last
forever, I'm wearing the same pair for mowing, etc., for some thirty
years, still like new. Easy to clean with the garden hose. There are
several styles, I like the low cut Gumshoe:

There are many look-alikes on the market but no way are they made
alike.

Lol, wrong peppermint patty:

"Patty McCormack turned out a performance like no other I've ever seen
from a child actor. I saw this movie back in the 1960's on television
and I couldn't get over the spectacular performance of this child. To
this day I still think she is one of the very best actresses alive."

Must be a pigtail factory somewhere in Hollywierd...

It used to make me so dang mad when I'd get new shoes and the large
goose the shoe store had and you pulled it neck to get an egg was always
empty. ALWAYS, dammit.

I never pestered my mother for Red Goose shoes. I felt they had overreached
in the commercials that claimed, "Half the fun of having feet is Red Goose
shoes." I would have been fine with *part of* the fun, but not half.
