Someone mentioned that McDonald's burgers had a unique burger taste so I went looking for it the last time I ate there. I couldn't find it. In fact, those burgers seem to have had all the flavor sucked out of them. That's so strange. You guys can't taste umami and I can't taste McDonald's special burger flavor.

As odd as it may seem, when we were maybe 10 or 11 years old, we probably all could.

Those McDonald's burgers have always tasted like meat that has had all the flavor sucked out of it. I've never been able to get a handle on what I was tasting. That's some pretty weird stuff. Their burgers would be a lot better if they just cook it like a White Castle burger. Occasionally, they'll have McTeri sandwiches. Hoo boy, I actually enjoy eating that.
