None of those taste like fresh garlic. Not even garlic powder tastes like
fresh garlic; the others are just laughable. Might as well leave it out as
substitute cumin for garlic.

Unless you grow your own you've very likely never eaten fresh garlic,
those garlic bulbs at market are *dried* garlic... the onions sold at
market are also dried onions.
