A diet to follow between 21 March to 31 March.
Essays. In search of the best diets. It is suggested to FOLLOW next diet with the relationship of food more convenient to their metabolism. Foods are planned in three classes: left, center and right. GROUP: First This group is the one that takes more proteins and fruits. The food class on the left dominate this group, followed by center and scarce food on the right. --------- LEFT FOOD: Animal proteins: meat, poultry, fishes, sea food, white egg, whole egg, cheeses, Vegetable proteins: beans, broad bean, chickpea, peas, black-eyed pea, ... Fruits: apples, mulberries, cherries, grapefruits, kiwifruits, lemons, limes, mangoes, oranges, pears, pineapples, plums, tangerines, strawberries, ... Dry fruits: peanut?, Dairy: milk (pears best with fruit and should not be served with a meat meal), yogurt, Drinks: dry wines, dry cider, ... -------- CENTER FOOD: Dry fruits: pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, almond, cashew, hazelnut, hemp seeds, pistachio, Brazil nut, walnut, ... Fats and oils: butters, butterfat, egg yolk, olive, sunflower, sesame, flax seeds, coconut, colza, ... Live: green beans (pods), asparagus, eggplant, beet, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbages, carrots, cauliflower, celery, celery root, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, spinach, turnips, avocado, endive, escarole, cucumber, fennel, garlic, lettuce, watercress, radish, tomato, ... Dairy: Drinks: whisky, gin, .. --------------- RIGHT FOOD: Carbohydrates: maize, oat, rice, wheat (better spelt), barley, rye, sorghum, ... chestnut, acorn, potato, sweet potato, Jerusalem artichoke, ...
