Highest rate of gun deaths is among young blacks under age 30. DUH! It's been that way for years. The few 'death by police' incidents were mostly all criminals that didn't yield to the cops. GM's another one who doesn't understand the concept of 'per capita'. Blacks are 13% of the population. If there were 25 unarmed white victims, there should be 13% of that in black victims to be even.
