Not if they stage a coup.... a successful one.

Look at what happened last month. The morons stormed the capital. A lot
of people whined that if it had been a black crowd they would have
opened fire. I suspected that if they had been a lot of gunfire used to
put down the insurrection all hell would have broken out across the
country and it would have been civil war.
