Yes, because I didn't lie. I should have written
"A whole roast pig makes excellent eating. We no longer do that, either,
because we would never eat that much before it went bad."

And you jumped on it like a fly on shit.

Gary's a bit of a mood swinger. You must have caught him in a bad one.

there's a storey behind that. I don't recall all the details so I'll
let someone else clear it up

If I remember correctly, the US army think Gary's 111 and want to send
him to Vietnam.

You said 'never do' (present) but grammatically this can be taken as
'never before' xor 'never again'.

(The 'xor' comes from integrating time-symmetric quantum equations
defining our lives where time is multiplied by 'i' before doing anything
else. (-1 = i * i)

So it depends on if your attention is focused on the future or the past.

Back in The Bonobos days, we had about a year where we had gourmet
breakfasts at Sunday band practices. On one of those days, I asked
our drummer what he was making, and he said, "Mayonnaise." Never
having tasted decent mayonnaise, I expected it to be disgusting, but
it was anything but. Freshly made mayonnaise is not mythical, and
with a stick blender it can be made with only one egg yolk.

heh heh. Back in 1972, they were still drafting 19 year old boys but I
wasn't called - got a high (335) draft number.

I did pass up the opportunity, in 1971, to join the military and get an
all-expenses paid "one year vacation" in Vietnam. ;o

Good point. The last time I ate rabbit was one that my grandfather had
killed. I was about 15 years old then.

The bunnies are cute but they can sometimes get overpopulated and become
very destructive. Didn't that happen once in Australia? I seem to
remember a documentary about that.

Sorry but that's what us flys like to do.

I wrote a dumb short story about food and flys once. I'll see if I still
have it. Called, "A Nachos Story" and posted to another ng many years ago.

I'll repost it if I still have it saved. It "can" be found on the
internet but I won't bother with that...probably would take forever to
find it.

Not everybody who got drafted went to Vietnam. If you scored high
enough on your tests you were most likely stationed somewhere
else.

They shouldn't be here at all, neither should foxes. But the English
brought their toys back in the day. And now they're a problem. And

No, it's not Australians thought cane toads -imported from the
Carribean- would eat the cane beetles that were destroying sugar cane

I can agree with that. The world leaders start wars but then sit back
and let all us pawns fight and kill each other. Why do we agree to do that?

Don was drafted in 1968 and saw a lot of action. Special forces,
Airborne. Went home then came back in Navy to finish off in 1992. Got
a lot of classified awards and such.

You moron. The Americans are talking about their draft, forced
military conscription when the US was at war.

Your husband was not a conscript, never drafted during a war. He was
still in primary school when National Service ended.

He chose to join up during peacetime.

Notice it says, "now Trans Fat FREE." Steve denied it had trans
fats way back when. It did.

The chance of getting salmonella from an egg yolk are tiny,

You could use half an egg yolk.

Like the "work" it takes to peel, cut up, boil, and whisk potatoes
with a little cream when you could just use the powdered ones?

I don't know about 7-11, but I'm pretty sure the ones at Quick Trip
are genuine Hellman's wino beatoff.
