Without looking up the conversion, I added 2 (or maybe even 3) TBS of dried dill. Big mistake. Very dill overkill. I have used dill in any recipes since. lol One other time I put a lot of orange marmalade on chicken thighs as they were roasting. Very overkill. The marmalade took over any chicken flavor. Less is best with that one. |
