Here's a post about "cars with snow", check out the second pic, that '58 Olds is ENCRUSTED with snow, as are the others, very few cars had rear defrosters:

'Four Interesting Snow Shots From Days Gone By
February 18, 2021

Todays lead image and the picture below are press photos that originate from an unknown Syracuse, NY, area newspaper. The shot above of a mystery car includes an €śOswego man in December of 1958€ť taking a photograph of the vehicle buried under a mushroom cloud of snow. Apparently, everything from the roof on down was cleared of snow, and the car was driven afterward and parked.

The lead image and first photo below are courtesy of syracuse.com . All images were found via Cars in snow or freezing conditions...'
