Angel hair pasta Alfredo (yes, I salted the pasta water) seasoned with
Garlic & Herb Mrs. Dash, which is a very tasty salt-free seasoning blend. I might even double up on the carbs by having a slice of Texas style garlic toast. ![]() Jill |

I used egg noodles, garlic infused oil with a nip of butter and some parmesan cheese. Also one slice of 7-grain toast, buttered. One annoyance: I prefer the flat wide egg noodles but my regular store only sells those spiral egg noodles. Several brands, but all spiral. grrrr. I need to go to Food Lion someday. They sell the flat ones. Sometimes, I'll get energetic and make my own. Those are even better. |

I had fish and chips but the cod was an awesome log of fish like I've never had before. My wife had a poke salad and my daughter had a seared sesame ahi.
