I've never named my guitar because I've never become attached to one. Perhaps that's what I'm doing wrong all these years.
I''m familiar with that model of Martin guitar. It's not a very good classical guitar because it's built way too solid. Martin builds them like they build their steel string models. The tops are thick and heavily braced - that's good because that keeps the top more stable and it resists warping. The bad part is they don't sound or play like a good classical guitar. OTOH, Trigger has a pretty distinctive sound and in Mr. Nelson's hands, it's magical.
