I don't know how last night > happened. ;-D You might want to try some Korean udon type noodles. They are quite chewy and a different experience than a $.25 package of ramen. Just be careful about the spicy noodles. They're about $2.00 a pack. The other night we had some ramen at a noodle shop. I didn't much care for it because the broth was too porky. It's probably more like the stuff served in Japan though. The Japanese will boil their pork bones for broth vigorously, which causes it to turn milky white.
