I've never made lobster bisque, but I'm familiar with the techniques. It's not a difficult thing to make. Cindy Hamilton |

I had langostino a couple times. There were good, but they were a bitch to peel because the shells have a row of blade-like projection that make them dangerous to hold onto. They were quite tasty, but not worth the work. I have not seen them for sale for at least a decade. |

The question is why doesn't Amazon Fresh have lobster bisque. How the heck should we know? Methinks 'chovy' needs to ask Amazon this question. I'm sure there's a way to click 'help' on Amazon's site. Or chat or email or phone with them about why they have other bisques but not lobster. I have no idea why they don't because I don't work for Amazon. <shrug> Jill |

I´ve made plain bisques, shrimp bisques and crab bisques. I wonder if lobster bisques are similar? Would a cod bisque possibly taste good? Hmmm...now I´m thinking about a bisque. I have shrimp, canned tomatoes, cream, et cetera. I wouldn´t have spelled et cetera, but I don´t like two periods at the end of a sentence. leo |
