True! THAT'S what I love about cooking my own food, it comes out just the way I like it! And it's a hell of lot cheaper than going out! :-)

There is an Asian restaurant here that serves them like that. They're awful.
So crunchy and quite flavorless; I don't know what they use as a filling but
they need to find another recipe. Whereas there is another Asian restaurant
that does traditional potstickers that are out of this world. Great seasonings
and they're not crispy; they don't shatter when you bite into them.
