I wouldn't put A1 on a real Delmonico steak, but on Jill's faux Delmonico, maybe. --Bryan |

When I was a kid, my mom always bought thin steaks and cooked them to well done. My father's choice as he had a fear of food poisoning. They were like chewing on shoe leather so I drenched my steaks in A-1 sauce. lol I never use steak sauce now (thicker medium-rare steaks) but I did try a much better sauce years later. Lee&Perrins steak sauce is pretty good. |
