Default Dinner Tonight 11/7/20 Will Be
Baby back ribs. I picked up a couple of pounds locally a month or so
ago. Ate some with corn on the cob. I portioned and froze the rest of
the ribs.

Tonight, thawed and gently reheated in foil, baby back ribs. This time
with baked mac & cheese and green beans. Definitely a "southern" meal.
