Default non-Brucian meal

Bought some calve's liver at the s/m today. Fried briefly and served with
gnochi and mixed vegetables and a cheap pinot noir.
Damn, It was good!

A cosy autumn repast! I had leftover meatloaf with mashed taters and peas, it hit the spot...

We're having a bit of Indian Summer here, with unseasonably warm temperatures.
I had a salad with chicken on it, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette. A slice of
fresh bread drizzled with EVOO and sprinkled with coarse salt.

I'm hoping to have tofu bibimbap for lunch today.
