Default Dinner 10/18/20 - Indian Vegetarian

OK, not wildly interesting, but tasty. Since I bothered to take pictures, I'll bother to post them. :-) What would your rather see? Cats? :-)

Cauliflower tossed with whole cumin and coriander seeds, turmeric, hot pepper powder, S&P, and oil, roasted until crisp-tender.

Lentils (more turmeric!) with a garlic tadka (garlic slices fried in oil and then the whole thing tossed into the cooked lentils at once - thickens the lentil liquid and tastes great).

Boring old green peas, just because.

Far from it. I wish I were having what you're having.

I may try that sans the hot pepper. Looks good.
