The white stuff on the lobster is the tail meat, which he's pulled up
out of the shell. The yellow stuff is butter.

Thanks, Cindy. I hadnt cooked lobster in years and went out on the net to
see how €œthey€� did it. I broiled it, and it turns out I used to do it
wrong for presentation.
I used to cut the flexible bottom with the little legs away with scissors and
dislodge the meat. Then when I broiled the lobster, it curled up like a big
shrimp. It was tasty enough but not pretty.

The white is the lobster itself pulled from the shell. The little dish
is clearly melted butter on the right one. Probably same for the left
one but camera did't make it as plain.
