I hadnt cooked lobster in years and went out on the net to see how they did it. I broiled it, and it turns out I used to do it wrong for presentation. I used to cut the flexible bottom with the little legs away with scissors and dislodge the meat. Then when I broiled the lobster, it curled up like a big shrimp. It was tasty enough but not pretty. leo |
