Default Went to make a grilled cheese for breakfast ... saw pizza instead.

"Instead" is such a confining, pessimistic word. You gotta
'Think *inside* the Bun.'

Heh.

Chopped up leftover pizza makes a great omelette filling. I generally snip off the outer edge of the crust first.

Nobody is bitching but you. I was making a snarky comment and you flew
off the handle and stomped your feet and did an outburst like a toddler.

This is not flying off the handle, stomping my feet, nor an outburst
like a toddler. I said all that in a normal tone of voice. But you
can hear it however you want, just don't be stretching my words or
actions for me.

Perhaps a <yawn> would given it more emotional context for you?

You said all that just to impress "Bruce", didn't you. You like him
better than me, don't you. I bet you're sleeping with Gary, too!
And Leo when his wife is out of town! <hrmpf>

ObFood: This morning's breakfast was Frick's Ring Bologna, Smoked
Gouda Triscuits, pimento cheese, and homemade sweet-hot honey
horseradish mustard.

Look at the nonsense that comes out when the narcissist feels
criticised.

That's almost a parody on your typical Sqwertz food.

Anyway, to the ingredients.

Frick's ring bologna:
"Beef and pork, water, salt, contains less than 2% of potato starch,
dextrose, ground mustard, sodium citrate, natural flavoring (includes
extractives of black pepper, extractives of capsicum, extractives of
coriander, extractives of nutmeg, ginger, nutmeg, white pepper),
sodium diacetate, black pepper, sodium erythorbate, garlic powder,
sodium nitrite."

No wonder the WHO calls these meats as bad for you as smoking.

The only thing bad is the nitrite, and the erythorbate lessens the badness.
A mega dose of Vitamin C would be even more protective.

This afternoon, I'm making a dish with chicken in a sauce with carrots,
ginger, salt, cardamom, garlic, coriander, cumin, cayenne, white pepper,
powdered mustard, more ginger and MSG/ING. Oh, and a little rice
vinegar and a few garden serranos. Having it with white Basmati.
Man, it's hot. I might have overdone it with the cayenne.

*Who's Next* is an astounding album, though I've thought for years that it would
have been better had they left off *My Wife*, and included *Naked Eye*.
