Grilled Pizza With Barbecued Chicken And Cheese

4 pocket less pita
vegetable oil spray
Topping:
1 cup shredded barbecue chicken meat
vegetable oil spray
1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the crust. Spray with vegetable spray on both sides. Heat a grill
or grill pan on medium high heat until hot, then place the pita on the pan
turning after a minute or 2 on both sides. Remove to a cool surface.
Top each pita with barbecue sauce, followed by shredded chicken, salt and
pepper and cheese. Place onto the grill or grill pan and cook until cheese
melts. Remove from heat and slice.
