Default Grilled cheese and Spam

Not exactly gourmet food, but it was really good for dinner tonight.

Fried up some Spam for breakfast this morning with the intention of
having some tonight.

Sourdough bread,sharp cheddar cheese, Spam, Parmesan cheese.
Coleslaw on the side.

My wife bought me a Hawaiian kine eggs Benedict. It's a poached egg on top of some kalua pig which was on top of a slice of taro that was on an English muffin. It was okay - if you like kalua pig and taro.

Parmesan doesn't seem right with cheddar and SPAM... grilled cheese
goes well with SPAM and Velveeta. I never liked sourdough bread, to
me it smells like dirty gym sox. I think grilled cheese is best with
packaged white bread. I actually prefer a grilled cheese Toas-Tite...
very good with diced SPAM or whatever you like... very good with
yellow American and ham, or bacon if that's your thing. My favorite
Toas-Tite is with cream cheese and lox.
