We don't get those calls. Benefit of not having a landline. We have two filters. One serves as a prefilter. It uses something like this: <https://www.grainger.com/product/5W498> We try to change that once a month. The other filter is a big pleated job. I think we change that twice a year. Cindy Hamilton |
