Try contacting FB to explain the situation. If they won't do anything, you can contact a lawyer and have that account removed. You might want to sue for slander and hold the owners accountable for any jobs/income you may have lost because of this fake, slanderous, account.

As I keep saying, all the pics on that fake 'John Kuthe" Facebook page are in the Public Domain on the Internet. And you are correct, *I* had nothing to do with the creation of that fake Facebook page.
