Lunch 12/12/19
Red Beans & Rice. This time I didn't add andouille sausage or any sort
of meat. Just didn't feel like it. To go with it I baked a rather flat pan of cornbread. I did that on purpose. I didn't want a lot of rise. I wanted it to be toasty/crunchy outside and firm inside. https://i.postimg.cc/YSk7WG4d/lunch.jpg Quite tasty!  Jill |
