Red Beans & Rice. This time I didn't add andouille sausage or any sort
of meat. Just didn't feel like it.
To go with it I baked a rather flat pan of cornbread. I did that on
purpose. I didn't want a lot of rise. I wanted it to be toasty/crunchy
outside and firm inside.
