Default Yet another FANTASTIC STD Meal!

No pics, it's in my STOMACH NOW!!

It's my daily sustaining meal. Everyone has their own. And when sated as I am, I truly wish every human on the planet could have THEIR STD Meal at least once a day!

THAT simple nutritional requirement would BRING WORLD PEACE!

When underfed, humans get what can be called "Hangry", which is angry because they are HUNGRY!

Bring World Peace, FEED SOMEONE! :-)

Well, OK. We can wait for the stool pic then.

And what exactly IS this 'STD Meal'?

I didn't say YOU were - but then again - you posted that pic of your
feet about a week ago, and you're sure as hell not slim either! You
have quite a large paunch, impossible not to notice it.

Yep, that makes perfect sense <roll eyes>.

You are way too fat. Bound to eat an awful diet to have those numbers.
Too many STD meals? A fire plug is not a pretty shape.

Good thing you're not in the USMC.
They would kick you out with that BMI.

Their "fit" standards are a BMI of about 15
or a bit more for men. 20-25 for women.

Those numbers are close. I'm just remembering from about
20 years ago when I had a "US Marine Fitness" book.

I'm 8 inches taller than you and my ideal weight
is about 190. You, sir, have a fat tummy!

(not that I'm one to talk - I've grown mine a bit
more than I like myself)

Also, the BMI is the best indicator of fitness.
You can compare 2 people, same size and weight.
One is muscular and one is not.
One is fit and the non-muscular is fat.

Other than BMI,
Your mirror is good indication of your fitness, not the
scales. Stand naked in front of it. Look at your body
front on, then turn sideways and look again. You'll know
if you're fit or not.

All fine and well but keep in mind,
Your sorry turd butt wouldn't be able to be a
"tree hugging dirt worshiping HIPPIE"
except for a strong defense and all the
sacrifices our military people have made.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Yes. Total denial that you're basically obese. We're basically the
same height (5ft7"), and my BMI is 22.21. You're overweight, fatso.

I remember fine, it seems. Book was at least 20 years ago
with old Marine standards. I said 15% or a bit more and
that still is right with the newer standards.

Here's a current chart showing *maximum* BFI allowed.
They prefer lower.

---------------------------------------------------------
"The maximum body fat percentages Marines at each age group can
have are listed below:

Male Marines

* Ages 17-20: 18%
* Ages 21-25: 18%
* Ages 26-30: 19%
* Ages 31-35: 19%
* Ages 36-40: 20%
* Ages 41-45: 20%
* Ages 46-50: 21%
* Ages 51+: 21%

Female Marines

* Ages 17-20: 26%
* Ages 21-25: 26%
* Ages 26-30: 27%
* Ages 31-35: 27%
* Ages 36-40: 28%
* Ages 41-45: 28%
* Ages 46-50: 29%
* Ages 51+: 29%

While on the Body Composition program, if a Marine fails to lose
the required weight/body fat to get within standards, he/she can
ultimately be discharged from the Marine Corps."

Did you not read? Everyone has their own STD Meal that for them is just right and sustains them!

People need to EAT!

Umm, nope. I suspect virtually nobody except for yourself has such a
meal, John. Why don't you start a poll here and find out for yourself?

>People need to EAT!

Indeed, most people eat food to achieve that goal.

We have a sort of standard meal, meaning a meal that we have when we
don't have much time or inspiration. I also have a standard breakfast.
Standard because I like it and we tend to have the ingredients.

Am I a bad person now?
