No pics, it's in my STOMACH NOW!!
It's my daily sustaining meal. Everyone has their own. And when sated as I am, I truly wish every human on the planet could have THEIR STD Meal at least once a day! THAT simple nutritional requirement would BRING WORLD PEACE! When underfed, humans get what can be called "Hangry", which is angry because they are HUNGRY! Bring World Peace, FEED SOMEONE! :-) John Kuthe... |

Their "fit" standards are a BMI of about 15 or a bit more for men. 20-25 for women. Those numbers are close. I'm just remembering from about 20 years ago when I had a "US Marine Fitness" book. I'm 8 inches taller than you and my ideal weight is about 190. You, sir, have a fat tummy! ![]() (not that I'm one to talk - I've grown mine a bit more than I like myself) Also, the BMI is the best indicator of fitness. You can compare 2 people, same size and weight. One is muscular and one is not. One is fit and the non-muscular is fat. Other than BMI, Your mirror is good indication of your fitness, not the scales. Stand naked in front of it. Look at your body front on, then turn sideways and look again. You'll know if you're fit or not. |

It is not a percentage of body fat, but rather a general score that helps determine if your weight falls into a healthy range. The number is calculated using your weight and height" also: https://www.livestrong.com/article/7...at-percentage/ |
