Favourite salad greens
I like most greens in a salad. That includes kale, but not too much of it. I usually mix kale with another green or greens. Spinach is good, as is rocket and mixed greens. My favourite however is Boston lettuce.
I use the term 'rocket' instead of arugula because it sounds neater. I think many of the people of Britain and Down Under use the term 'rocket'. |
